Goal Planner does not collect any information other than what is entered through the user interface. It remains on your device unless you export the data and move it yourself or use the "Export to Google Drive" functionality. The only data exported is the name of your goal and a list of dates and their associated plan and actual amounts. No personal information is collected.
Only the goal information entered through the interface is used for calculating metrics related to your goals. No personal information is transmitted or used outside of the application.
